Let me begin by thanking you ever so much for re-electing me to serve you for another three years. I truly appreciate it. Also thank you for re-electing the unopposed members of the Leadership Team. I further request your support and vote for our other Team members so we can have a strong and dedicated administration serving your needs during these insane times:

Cliff Guffey - for President is the outstanding choice. He has served as our Vice-President, knows the postal business and our internal administrative functions. He has great experience having served as local president, national assistant clerk director, director and for nine years our second-in-command. There is no better choice?

Greg Bell - for Executive Vice-President. Greg is even tempered but spirited when it comes to protecting the interests of our membership. We served together as local presidents and on various national union committees. I know his tenacity and determination. He is all union and will serve us well as the second-in-command.

Martha Shunn-King - to be honest I don't know Martha as well as I'd like to. But I do know this -- she was chosen by the Team for her ability to serve. She has a vibrant history as an activist in her local and state organization. Over the years I have been involved with Martha at the Presidents' Conference and conventions she has always been level-headed. She will be an asset.

Princella Vogel - for Southern Regional Coordinator. As a Coordinator I know what type of personality and quality of character is needed to get the job done at the Area Level. Princella has all the virtues and qualities needed to be of service to my brothers and sisters in the South. She too served as President when I did and we have developed a bond of trust that will help maintain the unity and harmony needed on the National Executive Board.

William Kaczor - for Health Plan Director. As a member of the Health Plan Board I can assure you that Bill knows the business and cares about our plan. He has helped build it up and continues to be an advocate of strong health care and benefits for our membership and the plan.

Rob Strunk - for Clerk Craft Director. Rob also served as a fellow President with me. Whenever I have reached out to Rob for assistance in clerical issues, he has always responded with professionalism and a profound knowledge of his craft issues. He has an additional quality -- he cares about clerks.

Robert Pritchard - for MVS Craft Director. Bob and I serve on the NEB. His dedication to his craft can't be compared. Those members of the Motor Vehicle Craft have a leader that genuinely cares about their livelihood and the future of the craft. Bob seems easy going but in reality he will rise to the call of duty and I am proud to serve with him on the NEB.

Mike Foster - for Assistant MVS Craft Director. My fellow central region brother loves his craft and works hard for the dues-paying members of the Motor Vehicle Service. I have seen Mike in action! Anytime I have asked for help or contacted him together with NBA Bell, I have not been disappointed. The members need to retain Bob and Mike for sure!

My fellow officers - I congratulate my fellow officers and want to especially thank Liz Powell for her leadership, and my fellow coordinators for their fellowship and support. To all my Brothers and Sisters in the APWU -- God Bless You All!
